Depot Service Solutions

Dynamic Systems offers depot level maintenance options at our Redmond facility; no depot service is currently available from our Portland, OR or Spokane, WA offices.

Time & Materials Rates

  • Color Laser and Solid Ink Printers: $105.00 per hour Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

  • Desktop Laser , Dot Matrix and Thermal Printers: $80.00 per hour Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

  • HP Monochrome LaserJets : $65.00/Hour – Friday 8am – 5pm.

  • Diagnostic Fee – minimum charge: $50.00. 1 hour minimum charge for Tektronix Phaser printers.

  • Standard turn-around time is 4 days, usually sooner.

On-Site Service Solutions

Maintenance Agreements: DSI Provides a wide variety of maintenance agreements to suit your particular needs, from PM only agreements to 4 hour response 24X7 agreements that can have a technician available 24 hours a day. Please call or email and we will prepare a quote for your specific needs.

Time & Materials Rates

  • Non Desktop and Color Lasers, Line Printers: $125.00 hr Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

  • Desktop Lasers , Dot matrix and Thermal Printers: $100.00 hr Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

  • HP Monochrome LaserJets : $80.00/Hour – Friday 8am – 5pm

  • HP Plotters : $175.00 hr Monday – Friday 8am – 5 pm

  • One hour minimum charge

  • After hours : $175.00 hr – Two hour minimum

Zone Charges : All on-site time & materials service calls will include a flat rate travel zone charge to cover travel time and mileage.

Parts: All parts are charged at DSI’s list price. If exchange parts are available, it will be charged at 75% of DSI’s list price and removed defective part becomes property of DSI.

Warranty: DSI guarantees our repairs for thirty days. Guarantee applies to original repair and does not cover problems not connected with the original repair, this is at DSI’s discretion.

Authorization: We require a Purchase order along with a signed copy of this page. Please print and sign this page and fax it to 425.861.3976.
