Printer Technician: Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, Salem, OR

Job Description

With this position you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing clients contracted and non-contracted printers (Desktop Laser, Impact, Line, High Speed Lasers and Thermal).

This is a full-time position with regular work hours of Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Our Corporate Office is located in Redmond, Wa. Portland technicians will be dispatched from their home and be required to have internet access and the ability to send and receive parcels.

We are looking for Technicians that have 2+ years of experience in the repair field, A+ certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with work associates, vendors and customers
• Maintain, analyze, trouble shoot, repair and test all printers assigned
• Complete in a timely manner all documentation and paper work related to a work-orders
• Maintain a car stock of printer parts.
• Share in the rotation for on-call during non-business hours
• Maintain certifications as assigned
